Glencore offers much more than jobs, we offer careers and graduate development programs. The Canadian graduate development program, also known as the Glencore Canada EIT program, was managed (to Fall 2015) by XPS and has graduated 46 Engineers (Metallurgists, Process Control and Materials Engineers) from the program since 1998. Graduates from the program can be found in several of Glencore operations and technology centres, as well as other Global Mining Companies.
