Wilson Pascheto, Manager Materials Technology is  pleased to welcome Daniel Baradziej into the Materials Technology group as a XPS Engineer-in-Training.

Daniel recently graduated with a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering, Co-Op, from the University of Alberta.

During his studies, Daniel worked in industry as a Co-op student for Suncor, Shell and CNRL. Daniel brings strong technical skills and professional experience to expand and complement the capacity of XPS Materials Technology Group. His ability to combine his metallurgical engineering principles and work closely with operations and technologists/ technology personnel is clearly recognised and we look forward to his contributions to our clients’ projects and operations.

Nicolas Lazare, Manager Process Control is pleased to welcome Aaron Doxtator into the XPS Process Control group as a 1st Level Project Metallurgist, currently assigned to the Strathcona Mill.

Aaron holds a BASc. in Chemical Engineering, Engineering and Entrepreneurship Option, from the University of Ottawa. He is registered as an EIT with Professional Engineering Ontario and is a PEO volunteer for the Sudbury Chapter.

Aaron has worked in industry as an intern for J.L. Richards & Associates and SNOLAB. Aaron brings strong engineering management and entrepreneurship experience to complement the Process Control Group. His ability to combine his metallurgical engineering principles and work closely with operations and technologists/ technology personnel is clearly recognised and we look forward to his contributions to our client’s business.

Graeme Goodall, Superintendent Extractive Metallurgy is pleased to welcome Tshepang Reetsang into the Extractive Metallurgy group as a XPS Engineer-in-Training.

Tshepang holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Degree from Laurentian University and recently graduated with an Environmental Monitoring & Impact Assessment Certificate from Cambrian College.

Tshepang completed a four-month co-op as an Environmental Technician with Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations as well as with Testmark Laboratories as a Lab Analyst. She also has summer work experience at the Water Utilities Corporation in her native Botswana. With this knowledge and experience, along with her ability to work closely with operations and technologists/technology personnel we are certain Tshepang will add value to our clients’ projects and operations.
